The shares of EuroVegas City Holding Ltd (Cyprus) will be divided as follows: 70% of the shares will be owned by all holders (investors) of all EVP and EVL tokens, and 30% of the shares will be owned by private investors and developers.
EVP and EVL token holders will therefore own 70% of the EuroVegas City complex.
