KYC / AML Requirements – Information for Investors

EuroVegas City Group PLC conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in accordance with EU and Cyprus regulations.
These measures apply to every investor purchasing shares of the company.

Why KYC / AML is Required

As a public limited company (PLC), we are legally obliged to verify:

  • the identity of each investor,

  • the source of funds used for the investment,

  • whether the investor is a Politically Exposed Person (PEP),

  • whether the investor appears on international sanctions lists,

  • that all invested funds originate from legitimate and verifiable sources.

This verification is required in order to complete the share purchase and register the investor in the official shareholder ledger.

How the KYC Process Works

Every investor (both natural and legal persons) must successfully pass KYC verification before accepting an investment.​

1.​ New investor registration

After submitting the registration form for new investors, the approval of the new investor will begin.

2.​Digital Identity Verification

The investor uploads a valid identification document (ID card or passport) and a photo - a selfie. If this is not sufficient, the new investor will be sent a link to the KYC platform, where digital verification will take place.

3. Completion of the Investor Form

This includes:

  • basic personal details,

  • declaration of source of funds,

  • PEP declaration,

  • confirmation of the AML Declaration.

4. Internal AML Review

Our compliance team performs screening against sanctions lists, evaluates the risk profile, and reviews the declared source of funds.

  • PEP lists

  • adverse media

5. Approval of the Investment

Once the KYC/AML process is successfully completed, the investor is allowed to proceed with the share purchase. Without completing KYC, the investment cannot be confirmed or recorded.

Data Security and Privacy

  • All information is processed in accordance with EU AML legislation and GDPR.

  • Access is restricted exclusively to authorized AML/KYC compliance personnel.

KYC Platform

The process is carried out through a licensed EU-compliant identity verification platform (ID-verify), meeting financial-sector security and regulatory standards.

The Offer for Sale of Shares (Type B) of EuroVegas City Group PLC is, under applicable EU law, considered to be a private offer for sale of shares for the first stage. The Offer for Sale of Shares is made pursuant to the exemption provided for in Article 3(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (the Prospectus Regulation).
