EUROVEGAS CITY
CONSTRUCTION LOCATION
FROM VISION TO SPECIFIC PLACE
The EuroVegas City project is entering a crucial phase of its development. After a period of concepts, studies and strategic considerations, the project is moving towards working with a specific location and specific plots of land that represent a realistic basis for its future implementation.
This step confirms the project’s ambition to become one of the most significant integrated entertainment and urban complexes in Europe.
LOCATION OVERVIEW
COUNTRY / REGION: Spain – Autonomous Region of Aragon
PRECISE LOCATION: 41.4576815, 0.2489237
TRANSPORT ACCESSIBILITY: Direct connection to the main highway AP-2 connecting Zaragoza and Barcelona
TERRITORY CHARACTER: Extensive flat steppe to semi-arid landscape with minimal development, ideal for large-scale development

STRATEGIC REASONS FOR CHOOSING A LOCATION
The selection of this location is the result of a targeted decision based on the region's legislative readiness, infrastructure, and unique geographical conditions.
Key factor: legislation
The Autonomous Community of Aragon has a specific legal framework that allows the creation of large-scale integrated centers, designed for projects of supraregional and international importance. This legislative model is one of the main reasons why the region has long been considered suitable for large-scale strategic investments.
It is this legal readiness that played a fundamental role in the selection of land for the EuroVegas City project.

Infrastructure and location
Zaragoza – approx. 100 km by direct motorway route, international airport and regional centre
Barcelona – approx. 200 km, one of the most important European transport and tourist hubs
The AP-2 motorway creates a direct axis connecting the project with the rest of Spain and Europe and ensures high accessibility for visitors.

LANDSCAPE AND IDENTITY OF THE PLACE
The selected area is located in an open steppe to semi-arid landscape, which on a European scale resembles the environment of iconic resort destinations such as Las Vegas.
The absence of dense development, wide horizons and a strong contrast between the landscape and architecture allow for the creation of a strong visual identity of the project, where the complex itself becomes the dominant feature of the entire region.
This type of environment is ideal for the creation of a destination – a place to travel to.
EUROVEGAS CITY MASTERPLAN
Based on a specific location, a conceptual urban masterplan was created that defines the long-term structure and development of the project.
Main principles:
-
central boulevard as the backbone of the entire area,
-
clear division into functional zones,
-
modular structure enabling phased construction,
-
emphasis on monumentality, orientation and readability of the space.
The displayed masterplan is conceptual in nature and serves as a framework for further project phases.

PROJECT STRUCTURE AND INTEGRATED RESORT SEGMENTS
EuroVegas City is conceived as a linear urban and resort entity, the backbone of which is the main boulevard, approximately 6 kilometers long. Along this axis, separate integrated resorts are located, which function as full-fledged multifunctional units.
Unlike traditional urban planning, the project is not divided into separate functional zones. Each resort combines key functions, creating a naturally vibrant environment along the entire length of the boulevard.
Integrated Resort Model
Each resort segment typically includes:
-
Casino & Hotel - Premium hotels, gaming areas and resort services
-
Entertainment & Events - Theaters, arenas, shows, themed entertainment and event spaces
-
Commercial & Lifestyle - Restaurants, Bars, Music Clubs, retail, services and leisure activities
-
Public Spaces - Public spaces, squares, promenades and open areas connected to the boulevard
This model allows the project to be active and attractive along its entire length, not just in one central part.

ACCESSIBILITY FROM MAJOR EUROPEAN CITIES
EuroVegas City is easily accessible from major European cities via Zaragoza and Barcelona airports. Once you arrive, the location is accessible via direct motorway connections.
