  • Creation of the EuroVegas Coin (EVC) token - a speculative token as the future currency of the EuroVegas City complex

Phase 3:

Financing solutions, analysis and studies

  • Preparation of financial studies and project viability analyses

  • Assembling initial private investors and investment groups

  • Setting investment strategy and objectives

  • Resolving legal steps regarding the establishment of a private investment fund

6/2024

Phase 4:

Determination of the construction location, legislation, construction budget

  • Research and search for suitable locations for the construction of EuroVegas City in Europe.

  • Bringing together potential investors.

  • Initial cost estimates for the construction of EuroVegas City.

  • Legal consultations regarding the establishment of a private investment fund in Cyprus.

  • Initiation of the setup and launch of the EVC token on the Ascendex exchange.

  • Resolving legislation in Europe for the tokenization of a real estate project

7/2024 - 6/2025

Phase 5:

Determination of construction location, business entity, launch of EVC token on the exchange

  • The construction location will be Spain.

  • The business entity will be a company type: public limited company.

  • The business entity will be established in Cyprus.

  • Launch of the speculative EVC token on the Ascendex crypto exchange.

  • Waiting for legislation and legal anchoring for tokenization in Cyprus.

  • ​We have suspended the offering of EVC tokens on the Ascendex exchange due to changes in legislation and the determination of the token issuer.

  • Cancellation of EVL and EVP security tokens for financing the purchase of land and construction of EuroVegas City

7/2025 - 10/2025

Phase 6:

Regulation and incorporation of a new company

  • The process of establishing a public stock company EuroVegas City Group PLC (Cyprus).

  • Preparation of all necessary documents and legal processes for the launch of the first private sale of shares in EUR or via the cryptocurrency USDC (legal basis: EU regulation - prospectus exemption up to a limit of EUR 5 to 8 million, depending on the limit of a specific EU member state). This offer will be in accordance with Article 3(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and is exempt from the obligation to prepare a prospectus as its total value will not exceed EUR 5 or 8 million (depending on the limit of the EU member state) over a period of 12 months.

  • The processes leading to obtaining a license for the public sale of shares from the regulator CySEC (Cyprus) already during the launch of the first round, when it will be clear that the limit of 5 or 8 million EUR from the sale of shares may be exceeded sooner than in 12 months.

10/2025 - 11/2025

Phase 7:

Search for land, launch of the sale of 1 share issue

  • Creation of a business network to search for new investors.

  • Media cooperation to publicize the launch of the sale of 1 share issue within the limit of EUR 5 million.

  • Negotiations with real estate agents in Spain to find suitable lands in the Los Monegros area.

  • Negotiations with the Ascendex exchange to set up and relaunch the EVC token.

  • Preparing to launch the sale of 1 share issue with a limit of up to EUR 5 million.

  • Negotiating with financial partners to ensure payment processing and conversions for the purchase of shares via the USDC cryptocurrency.

11 /2025 - 1/2026

Phase 8:

Launch of the sale of 1 share issue with a limit of up to EUR 5 million

  • Launch of sale of 1 issue of shares (B) of EuroVegas City Group PLC with a limit of up to EUR 5 million

  • Negotiations with real estate agents regarding the search for suitable land in Los Monegros (Spain).

1 /2026 - 6/2026

Phase 9:

EVC Token, Land Purchase, Phase 1 Completion​

  • We expect to launch EVC tokens on the Ascendex exchange.

  • We expect to identify specific land plots for sale.

  • The process of obtaining a license for a public offering of shares for 2 issues of shares up to EUR 20 million.

  • We expect to raise capital to purchase these lands.

  • We expect the successful completion of the sale of shares (issues 1 and 2) for the first phase of financing the land purchase.​

  • Realization of the land purchase for the construction of EuroVegas City.

7 /2026

Phase 10:

Construction of EuroVegas City

  • After the successful sale of shares to achieve Phase 1 of financing (successful purchase of lands), the preparation of the second phase of financing the construction of EuroVegas City follows.

  • Determination of issues for financing the construction stages - construction costs.

  • Commencement of the sale of shares (2nd and 3rd issues) to secure financing for the construction project, preparatory construction works and the first resort, including infrastructure.

  • Obtaining a building permit.

  • Preparatory work for construction.
