La Oferta Pública de Venta de Acciones (Tipo B) de EuroVegas City Group PLC se considera, conforme a la legislación de la UE aplicable, una oferta privada de venta de acciones en su primera fase. Dicha oferta se realiza al amparo de la exención prevista en el artículo 3, apartado 2, del Reglamento (UE) 2017/1129 (Reglamento de Folletos). Dado que la contraprestación total de la primera fase de la venta no supera los 5-8 millones de euros (dependiendo del límite establecido por cada Estado miembro de la UE) en un periodo de 12 meses, no se ha presentado ni obtenido la aprobación de ningún folleto informativo ante la Comisión de Bolsa y Valores de Chipre (CySEC).
